Day 1: pick up from Kampala and transfer to Bwindi forest national park.

Day 2: Gorilla trekking in Bwindi and community visit in Bwindi.

Day 3: Transfer to Kampala/ Entebbe

Day 4: Transfer from Entebbe to Serengeti/ Arusha.

Day 5:  Serengeti experience game drives.

Detailed Itinerary

Day 1:  Pick from Kampala and transfer to Bwindi forest National Park.

Following your 11 Days Uganda gorilla trekking, Serengeti and Zanzibar safari. You will be picked up from you hotel and you  will later embark on a 8-9 hours transfer to Bwindi forest national park, with the first  stop over at the equator in Kayabwe masaka Road , experience the equator , taking pictures and later proceed to Bwindi , you next major stop over will be in Mbarara town for lunch and brief relaxation.  Later Proceed to Bwindi. upon arrival   you will check in at your hotel for Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2: gorilla trekking in Bwindi forest National Park.

Early in the morning you will be picked by your guide and you will transfer to the park Headquarters, be briefed on the do and don’ts regarding gorilla trekking. Later embark on gorilla trekking adventure  in the jungles  as you move  with the guides in the jungles,  be  on the look for the gorillas , the entire experience is a thrilling one as it involves going through plants , seeing birds and other wildlife. Upon getting close to them, you will immediately notice as the you will hear tree shoots breaking as they enjoy their meals it takes any time from 30 minutes to 6 hours to find the gorillas depending on their locations. Later upon meeting the gentle giants, you will have a maximum of 1 hour with them interacting and taking as many photos as you can.  Later you will withdraw from the jungles, be given your certificates and reunite with your guide and head back to the lodge for relaxation.  Later you will head for a community visit in the community around the park, learning how they live of go about their life’s. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 3: transfer back to Kampala/ Entebbe.

Wake up  to a relaxed day in the confines of the Bwindi forest, the stay  definitely may have been an awesome one but yes you ought to prepare for your exit. Later embark on a transfer to Kampala with stopover in Mbarara or kayabwe for lunch, later arrive in Kampala and Entebbe. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 4: transfer to Serengeti National / Arusha.

Depending on your flight, you will transfer to Arusha city in Tanzania or Straight to Serengeti National park. If you fly in from Arusha then you will spend about 4 hours to Drive to Serengeti , Arrive and spend the day relaxing at the lodge area if you happen to arrive so early dependent on the flight time, you can opt  for  a game drive in Serengeti national park. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 5 and Day 6 : Serengeti national park experience.

Wake up to  a beautiful day of enjoying the wilderness , the wild life count in the Serengeti national park is exceptionally high ie the area of  wagakuria, there upto a tune of  30 prides of lion and  the place gets more interesting during the months of June all the way  to October because of  the annual wildebeest migration. Some of the most prominent area is the mara river area where the huge exodus of wildlife is sighted.

Day 7: Transfers from Serengeti to Arusha and to Zanzibar.

Get to another day filled with travel  have breakfast  and later depart Serengeti to Arusha  and later fly to Zanzibar, arrive  in Zanzibar and stay relaxed at your lodge. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 8: Spice Tour and Stone town.

This day wake to a good breakfast,   head for spice tour, Zanzibar is known for having or being an origin to several spices also known as Marashiyakarafuu ,  the spice is a getaway filled with all sorts of exotic spices and several plants.  As you explore the spices you will also have an opportunity to taste and smell some of them. You will also explore how some of the fruits are cultivated. Later you will proceed with the visit to the Kidichi Persian bath and Maruhubi palace ruins. Later be transferred to beach resort for maximum relaxation depending on which one we will book for you.

Day 9: visit to the stone town.

In the morning after breakfast, head for another Zanzibar holiday activity which is guide visit to the stone town  , which also happens to be the center of Zanzibar culture,  the tours of stone town will expose you to famous slave market ,  the Anglican church , the lavishly decorated old an iconic  structures with curved doors.  Later you will head back to your resort for relaxation, or opt for dolphin tour to experience the dolphins.

Day 10 : Departure.

In the morning after breakfast, you will   you will transferred to the airport for your flight or ferry to Dar es laam   for connecting flight back home.
